Looking for native Human LDL?

KALEN Human LDL (d=1.019 - 1.063 g/mL) is isolated from human plasma by ultracentrifugation. The purified LDL is ultrafiltered and packaged aseptically under nitrogen. The lipoprotein is provided in a solution with 154 mM NaCl and 0.34 uM EDTA, pH 7.2, at a protein concentration of 5 mg/mL. Product purity is assessed by agarose gel electrophoresis.

Relative Eletrophoretic Mobility

KALEN Human LDL is manufactured with our proprietary manufacturing protocols and stringent quality controls. To demonstrate the stability of KALEN Human native LDL, material was stored at 4°C and then tested at intervals for protein concentration (results not shown) and relative electrophoretic mobility (REM). The results of these test methods demonstrate the stability of KALEN Human LDL for at least 8 weeks (protein concentration) and 10 weeks (REM).
