Shipments
All shipments are made through our carrier unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. All prices are FCA (Free Carrier), Savage, Maryland, USA. Domestic orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. International shipments are arranged when the order is placed.
Terms
Payment should be made to Kalen Biomedical, LLC at the above address, within thirty (30) days of shipment, in U.S. dollars. All prices will be those in effect in our pricelist as of the date of shipment. Special bulk discounts may be available and special quotations are available upon request. A billing fee of $10.00 is applied to each repeat billing, and a late charge of 1.5 percent per month applies to all past due invoices. Orders for custom services are subject to cancellation fees, up to and including the full price of the service.
Warranty
Kalen Biomedical warrants that products will perform according to specifications accompanying each product. Products found not meeting specifications will be replaced, free of charge. Kalen Biomedical’s liability is limited to replacement of the product.
Returns
All returns must be preauthorized by Kalen Biomedical. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be provided by Kalen Biomedical. No returned goods can be accepted without an RGA number. A 20 percent restocking charge may apply. Buyers are responsible for return transportation charges.
